Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest free version of adobe reader as some older versions do not work properly with our e-book You may have to restart your computer to configure adobe reader. You may have to disable any firewalls or anti-virus software that you have running temporarily as these can hinder any download. If the adobe reader opens but you can't see anything, give it a few moments and then scroll down.

Please make sure that the username and password are in lower case (check your caps lock is off) and that there are no spaces between the words.

Once you have paid, the world-pay page will confirm this by saying " YOU HAVE PAID", the username and password are in the confirmation e-mail from world-pay This is usually immediately, however they have been known to take up to a few hours, but this is not common. If you have deleted your e-mail, try looking in the deleted file on your browser, if that has been deleted try the recycle bin on your desk top.

If no e-mail is received or you did not see the page saying "YOU HAVE PAID", please check your spam file. If you can't find it there, then it is probable that the payment did not go through and you should therefore try again. It is also possible that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address, if this is the case or you are sure that you have paid, then please email us at; www.drive4money@btopenworld.com
